Ati Pichda Vikas Manch (Extremely Backward Communities Development Front) organised Rajnitik Jagrukta Sammelan (Political Awakening Meeting) at SK Memorial Hall in Patna on August 13, 2010. Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Mehboob Ali Kaiser was the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Kaiser said Congress was committed to reach out to the other backward communities, extremely backward communities, dalits and minorities and provide them their due.
