Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi launched the e-payment facility of Value Added Tax (VAT) by Punjab National Bank (PNB) in Patna on August 28, 2010. PNB is the second bank after State Bank of India to provide this facility in Bihar.
