Nirvana organised a seminar on ” Population Control: Needs a Law in India or Not” at LN Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change in Patna on August 29, 2010. Justice Mridula Mishra of Patna High Court said incentives should be given to families living below poverty line for population control.
