An amateur photographer and noted urologist Dr BK Sinha won the Master Federation de’la Art Photography, a UNESCO sponsored award. Dr Sinha became the first photographer from Bihar to win the coveted award. This was disclosed at a press conference in Patna on January 19, 2011.
