National workshop on “Planning for Slum Free Cities” was held in Patna on February 9, 2011. Bihar Urban Development and Housing Minister Prem Kumar inaugurated the workshop that had been organised by Regional Centre for Urban and Environmental Studies, Lucknow in association with Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India.
