Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has got another award in his bag.He has been nominated for National pride award by Chatrapati Sahu Rajya Trust, which has been formed by the descendants of Maratha Warrior Shivaji Maharaj.
Raje Vikram Singh, the 9th descendant of Maratha warrior Shivaji, will honour Nitish with the award on October 10.
The prospects of Mr. Raje Singh’s visit to Bihar is huge.He is the president of All India Sugar Mills Association. It is therefore said that he may discuss with Kumar regarding the plight of Sugar Mills in Bihar and chances of reopening them.
Raje Singh will also visit Nalanda and Harnaut to see agricultural development as well as changing face of villages in Bihar. Singh’s father had also visited Nalanda and Harnaut in 1935.
