Patna: The much hyped Marathon which was scheduled to be held on October 29 has been postponed to February 26 ,next year. This Event is being organized by Bihar Entrepreneur Network in association with several NGOs.
The idea behind the change in schedule isto synchronize it with Pravasi Bihari Diwas which would conclude same week.
“Bihar is rising to show its real potential. Through Patna Marathon we seek to announce to the world that Patna, the great historical place, has unlimited opportunities,” said Atul Kumar, the main organizer of the event. Atul, an IIM Ahmedabad Alumnus previously worked for General Electric.
The marathon would unleash human energy that will send potent vibrations to the entire world about the arrival of Bihar and Biharis on the path of growth. We invite all to become stakeholders in the making of history in Bihar
IT would have 42 km long track.Over 10,000 people are expected to visit the marathon while over 500 would participate in the run.Prizes worth Rs 1 crore would be awarded to the winners.

Could you please update the date of the Patna marathon as the date has been changed to 26th Feb on the request of the Dy chief minister.
