Ahead of first mega gathering in Bihar, the state Capital is actively preparing for a memorable event. It is being re-decorated  at several places. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Sushil Modi are personally reviewing the preparations.
Special emphasis is being given to the Cleanliness and Security in the State capital. Officials have been instructed to regularly monitor  the twin venues Hotel Maurya and S. K Memorial Hall for any mishap.  Being the first ever such gathering  in Patna any negligence can torment the image of the state formed in past 5-6 years.
While most of the VIP delegates would be accommodated at Hotel Maurya, others are being provided accommodation in nearby hotels. Apparantely there are over 1000 delegates  and this number may increase at the last movement. If you are a guest at the Summit, here is a convenient list of hotels in Patna.
The Inaugural Ceremony will take place at Sri Krishna Memorial Hall at 3 PM Feb 17, Â while several workshops and sessions would take place at Hotel Maurya itself.
