Patna:  Bihar CM Nitish kumar inaugurated the 31st National Taekwondo Championship at Patliputra Sports Complex, Kankarbagh Patna on Tuesday. “Martial art training is must for girls to empower them. It will also work as a deterrent against molesters and eve-teasers,” he said at inaugural function of the 31st senior National Taekwondo championship here.
