“For me it is so exciting because I get to come to India and bring some fitness regime which I did with my Hollywood clients. Mamma Mia is the best way to bring my programme here. I am very excited and I hope to be able to train the master trainers,” Mumbai-born Bragaza told IANS.
The programme will be affordable, says Anika Puri, chief operating officer, Mamma Mia.
“I think it will (reach the masses) because we are very affordable. Our intention here is to reach out to as many woman as possible and give them the opportunity to avail these services,” Puri told IANS.
“The programme is not going to harm the routines of new mothers or make you lose weight by starving. There are experienced people like Ramona who will make you healthy, while you actually get back into shape. It’s not about losing weight, it’s about getting back into shape,” she added.
The launch, marked by a fashion show with would-be-mothers walking down the runway, was held here Wednesday.
