Patna: The Bihar Model of Speedy Trial has been adopted at All India Police Science Congress which recently concluded on Friday. Police Delegates from other States have  agreed to adopt this model of Speedy Trial.
The 43rd All India Police Science Congress was inaugurated by Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Wednesday. It was attended by over 80 Delegates from pan India.
The Congress also adopted following other resolutions:
1. 100 % increase in the Usage of Forensic Science in Police Department in 3 years.
2. Development of Community Policing
3. Organizing Special Speedy Trials for Women and Children
4. Extension of Field Intelligence to the Local Police Station Level.
