Indian Railways have revised Tatkal, Clerkage and cancellation charges for Ticket Reservation in all classes  effective from April 2013.
As per announcement made in the Railway Budget 2013-14, new Tatkal charges will be 10 percent of basic fare for reserved Second class and 30 percent of basic fare for all other classes.
However, this will be subject to minimum of 90 rupees for sleeper and maximum of 400 rupees for executive class. Clerkage charges will go up by five rupees to ten rupees and cancellation charges by ten to fifty rupees.
Reservation fee for AC chair car will also go up by 15 rupees to 25 rupees and supplementary charges for super fast trains by five rupees to 25 rupees for different classes.
