Amarnath Yatra 2013 would be organized in the months of June, July and August this year. Â Over Six Lakhs of Pilgrims and devotees would reach the Holy Cave of Lord Shiva Located at an altitude of 3888m. The Journey mostly takes 5 Days and is undertaken from the two base camps of Pahalgam and Baltal. Helicopter Services are also made available by the Shrine Board to the devotees.

Registration
Manual Registration of yatris will be done only in Jammu and Srinagar. The Pilgrims can register by downloading the Application Form and the prescribed Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) and getting it filled.
