New Delhi: BSP Leader Deepak Bhardwaj Murder Case took a different turn when the arrested  shooters alleged that they acted on behalf of a certain Swamiji from  Bahadurgarh in Haryana.
The Swamiji is a self styled Godman and is considered to posses huge quantity of land.  According to reports, Deepak Bhardwaj entered into feud with Swamiji over some land issue. Another report indicates that the alleged Godman is Swami Pratima Nand from Bahadurgarh in Haryana.
The shooters revealed that they plotted the murder three months back and the Swami asked them to throw their weapons into a drain in Rohtak in Haryana after the shooting. The Shooters also Police teams have been sent to Haridwar, Rohtak and other areas in Haryana for investigations.
The Shooters also claim that the Godman offered them Rs 2 Crores for executing the murder but later refused to pay them the money.
Police was successful in nabbing the shooters from a CCTV footage from Deepak Bhardwaj’s 26-acre farmhouse in south Delhi minutes after he was shot dead on the morning of March 26.
During 2009 Parliamentary Elections,Deepak Bhardwaj rose to fame  as the richest candidate with total assets worth Rs 600 Crores.
This is the second murder of a Business Tycoon in four months in New Delhi. In November last year Ponty Chadha has his brother Hardeep Chadha were shot dead under mysterious circumstances.
