Bihar will soon have One Day International Cricket Matches if the proposal to build a world class stadium at Nalanda is successfully implemented.
In a meeting of State Human Development Mission, this plan was finalized under the presence of CM Nitish Kumar.
Nalanda being CM Nitish Kumar’s Home District has received considerable favours in past including Nalanda International University and proposal of an International Airport.
The plan to construct Stadium was inspired probably by Ranchi, which recently constructed a world class stadium for hosting HIL and IPL Matches.
The Meeting also cleared decks for further expansion of existing PAtliputra Sports Complex, which is a recently built sports stadium.
