New York: Veteran social activist and Gandhian, Anna Hazare  would be the Guest of Honour at Indian Independence day celebrations parade at New York, organised by Federation of Indian Associations (FIA) in United States.
The parade is also known as India Day Parade in USA and is held every year on August 18, three days after Indian Independence Day.
The parade will begin at Madison avenue and end at E 23 street in the New York City.
Anna Hazare will also attend a dinner hosted by Indian American Politician and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley Chaudhary.
Anna has a huge follow base in United States, which is highly impressed by his massive anti corruption movement without any violence. Anna is expected to travel to US along with his close friend Bisambhar Chaudhary.
