Zainul Abedin Ali Khan, the Dewan of Ajmer Sharif Dargah has announced a compensation of Rs 1 Lakh each to the families of the Soldiers killed during recent LoC ambush in the Poonch district of Jammu & Kashmir on Tuesday morning.
“I wish to give Rs 1 lakh each to the families of five soldiers who were killed by Pakistani army near LoC,” he said in a statement.

Khan also condemned ceasefire violation and attack on Indian soldiers by Pakistani troops.
The money will be paid from Dewan’s share from the offerings made at the shrine. Zainul Abedin Ali Khan is the spiritual head at the Dargah of Khawaja Moinuddin Chisti and is entitled to receive 50 per cent of offerings made to dargah.
Earlier he  had also boycotted the Ajmer Dargah visit of Pakistan’s then Prime Minister Raja Parvez Ashraf in March over the brutal killing of two Indian soldiers by Pakistani Army at LoC in January this year.
