Ranchi: Bihar Ex-Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav has turned into a Gardener at Birsa Munda Jail in Ranchi, according to some news reports. Mr. Yadav is paid Rs 14 per day for performing tasks related to maintenance and watering of  Flowers and Vegetables in the Jail Garden.
Sources say that Lalu also supervises  and instructs other inmates about how to perform tasks related to Gardening in the 52 Acre Lawn of Jail.
Mr. Yadav is currently serving Jail in the Multi-Crore Fodder Scam after his Bail Plea was rejected by Ranchi High Court, last month. Earlier he was convicted by special CBI Court in a case related to illegal siphoning  several Crores from Chaibasa Treasury
