The 22 year Old Law Intern, who had earlier reported a case of Sexual Harassment by a retired Supreme Court Judge has named Justice A K Ganguly as the accused according to a Report  by Supreme Court appointed Panel. The Panel was constituted on November 12 by Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam and comprised of Justices R M Lodha, H L Dattu, and Ranjana Prakash Desai.
The committee recorded the statements of both the Victim and the Judge. The Victim has also submitted  affidavits regarding the same. The Report was submitted on November 28.
Justice Ganguly, who presently  heads the West Bengal Human Rights Commission has denied any such allegations. Justice Ganguly demitted office as Supreme Court judge on February 3, 2012 and the incident happened in December 2012.
