Sania Mirza to do a Film on Hyderabad Techie Rape Case

Indian Tennis Sensation Sania Mirza has been roped in to feature in a Documentary Film based on the infamous Hyderabad Techie Rape Case in October, during which the victims, working in IT Companies of Cyberabad, were sexually assaulted by 2 Cab Drivers.

The Film is being made by Hyderabad Police with support from several Companies located in Madhapur-Gachibowli IT corridor in Hyderabad. Deloitte is reportedly providing the required Technical Support for the same.

The film would feature measures to ensure Women Safety at Work, particularly in IT Companies, where they have to undergo work in Night Shifts. According to a report in Times of India, the film would have ‘Dos and Don’ts’ for women if someone misbehaves or takes them for a ride. It will also reveal the measures to be taken to have safe transport and the way to avoid getting into trouble. The film would be screened at theaters, IT companies and other media channels.

The Film would also feature several actors from Telugu Film Industry and is expected to be released by last week of November.
