American Socialite Khloe Kardashian has filed Divorce documents in a Los Angeles Court on Dec 13 to end 4 year old Marriage with NBA basketball player Lamar Odom, according to Reports. Though she did not specify the exact Reason of Separation, it was attributed to “irreconcilable differences”.

The Divorce Filing comes days after Odom pleaded no contest on Monday to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge. The 34-year-old athlete was arrested last August after his Mercedes-Benz SUV was seen weaving on an LA freeway.
Odom, a 6-foot-10-inch power forward, has been out of the NBA since going unsigned as a free agent after a miserable season last year.
The American Reality Star has also asked the Judge to take Odom out of her name, so that she becomes Khloe Kardashian once again.
The Couple had a prenup before marriage so no division of property shall take place, however as part of the Settlement she is entitled to keep the couple’s $4 million Tarzana, Calif. mansion and her $1 million engagement ring.
She would also remain as the beneficiary on a $10 million life insurance policy of Lamar for whole life. It is estimated that the Total Wealth of Lamar Odom is close to $100M, while it is $18M for Khloe Kardashian.
However she has refrained from asking for spousal support and requested the Judge to reject any attempt by Lamar to offer the same. As part of prenup, Lamar has waived his rights for any spousal support.
The Couple married on  September 27, 2009, exactly one month after they met. She was also featured in the short-lived reality series with Odom, called Khloe & Lamar.
Reports say that Lamar is Sad over this step of Khloe, but was mentally prepared. A source close to him says that he still loved her though he was not crying.
