Actor-turned-politician Mithun Chakraborty today took oath as a Trinamool Congress MP in the Rajya Sabha. In January, West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee announced the nomination of the Bollywood actor as her party candidate for the election to the Rajya Sabha and later he was elected as member of the Upper House.
