Defence Minister Arun Jaitley and Chief of Naval Staff Robin Dhowan today visited the Western Naval Command in Mumbai to see the Indian Navy Submarine INS Sindhurakshak which had sunk on 14th August 2013 leading to the death of 18 sailors.
