Central Bureau of Investigation after taking over the probe of Badaun gang rape and murder case on 12th June, today decided to take the probe forward and sought the permission from the victims’ parents to conduct polygraph test on them.
BADAUN GANG RAPE: CBI WANTS POLYGRAPH TEST ON PARENTS
The CBI which took over the probe of the alleged gang rape and murder of two teenaged Dalit cousins  in Katra village of UP’s Badaun district,  today sought permission from the victims’ parents to conduct polygraph test on them.

All the six accused, including a policemen, have been arrested in connection with the case.

After the CBI took over the case, it  also registered an FIR in  the case. A special investigation team (SIT) of police in Uttar Pradesh’s Badaun district was also constituted to probe the  heinous crime..
