After Muzaffarnagar, Dadri and Bulandshahr, a BJP leader has been killed in Bareilly after which this has become clear that Uttar Pradesh is in complete state of lawlessness. The dead body of BJP leader Rakesh Rastogi was found in Bahedi police station area of Bareilly. A missing report had earlier been filed in his name at Kichha police station in Uttarakhand.

The dead body of Rastogi was found in Bareilly, which has spread terror in the area. Police took out the body after breaking the glasses of the Santro car, which was parked at Bahedi highway, which connects Bareilly with Uttarakhand. According to the police, Rastogi was stabbed to death. His hands were also tied when his body was found by the police. The Uttarakhand police have been informed about the incident. The body has been sent for autopsy.Â
