Bollywood actress PreityZinta is in the news for filing molestation charges against ex-boyfriend and Kings XI Punjab co-owner Ness Wadia inside the premises of Wankhede. The actress alleged that Wadia misbehaved, manhandled and abused her during the IPL match between Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab held at Wankhede stadium on 30th May.Meanwhile, Mumbai Cricket Association Vice-President Ravi Savant has denied any role of MCA in the matter but said that the officials will cooperate with police authority and render all possible assistance.
BCCI READY TO COOPERATE IN ZINTA-WADIA INVESTIGATION
MCA Vice-President Ravi Savant termed the PreityZinta-Ness Wadia fiasco a personal matter. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police will record statements of IPL CEO Sundar Raman and Wankhede Stadium staff in connection with the May 30 incident.
According to the sources, several players of IPL team Kings XI Punjab, of which Zinta is a co-owner with Wadia and Raman will soon record their statements. Ravi Savant further speaking on the case said-
