In the sports loving state of Goa, the festivities of World Cup was were dampened by the news that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar had reportedly approved Rs 89 Lakhs for World Cup junket to six of his MLAs instead of sending officials from the Sports Ministry.In an Exclusive chat with NNIS, Congress leader Rajiv Shukla slammed the BJP and the Goa CM for sending MLAs to Brazil on government expenses.
