The national capital which is reeling under long power outages and water scarcity once again saw the Congress leaders led by DPCC Chief Arvinder Singh Lovely take centre stage in Bawana district asking the intervention of the Centre to address the problems. Congress has been seen stepping up their agitation over few days to voice their concern over the issue of water and power crisis.
