Speaking exclusively to nnis in the national capital, BJP leader BizaySonkarShastri gave a new twist to the row over rape case against Minister of State Nihal Chand Meghwal. Shastri said the case against Nihal Chand was registered out of political jealousy by the then Ashok Gehlot-led Congress government in Rajasthan.
