Coming down hard on Akhilesh-led UP government over the atrocities against women in the state, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy claimed that UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav had lost his leadership qualities and has no right to hold the designate post. The BJP leader also said the new government will work out to find permanent solution for long-lasting power crisis in Delhi.
