Governor of Karnataka Dr.H.R.Bhardwaj threw open the art exhibition of Brhadisvara temple, by lighting lamps at an event. The exhibition is organised by Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts (IGNCA) and showcases murals and other pieces of art related to 1000 year old Brhadisvara temple. It will be a ten- day exhibition in Venkatappa art gallery in Bangalore, with no entry fees.
