Chennai, June 30 (ANI): Building collapse in Chennai killed 17 and left dozens trapped, highlighting the need for increased monitoring of construction across India where such incidents are common. On Saturday, an 11-storey building under construction in Tamil Nadu came down. Deputy Inspector General of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), S P Selvan, said on Monday that 21 people have been pulled alive from the rubble.
