The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation(BMC) to exercise Supreme Court’s order of evacuation from the illegally built flats in Mumbai’s Campa Cola Society reached the society only to be welcomed with blocked doors by the residents of the society. The residents refused to budge and performed a havan at the entrance of the compound gate to prevent the BMC officials from entering the compound.
