One person died and several others were injured after a 12-storeyed under construction building collapsed in Chennai today.

Meanwhile, many people are still feared trapped under the debris of the building. It is assumed that heavy rain could be the reason of collapse. Twelve fire tenders and 100 personnel were involved in the rescue work. The Injured were rushed to the nearby hospital.Â
