Reacting to the attacks made by the Congress that the BJP-led government at the Centre is being undemocratic by pushing Governors to resign, saffron party leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said the Congress should first introspect and then talk about the NDA government.

Naqvi said the BJP knows constitution of the nation very well and is acting according to it. The saffron party’s Vice President also said that the Congress had itself forced Governors to resign in 2004, when the UPA government had taken charge at the Centre so it has no right to raise hue and cry now.

Commenting on the allegations levelled by the Congress that the NDA government is not doing anything to tame inflation, Naqvi said the BJP-led government is first trying to pull the nation out of the mess that Congress left it in.Â
