New Delhi, June 11 (ANI): The Congress on Wednesday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the excessive power cuts in Northern India during the scorching summer. While Rashid Alvi said that it was the BJP government’s failure another Congress leader Barkha Shukla added that the political parties should not indulge in blame game.
