A day after the Congress leaders were detained at Nangloi railway station, for protesting against the water and power crisis in the capital, today again the Congress workers of the New Delhi parliamentary constituency are protesting against BJP and AAP on mismanagement of power and water in Delhi at Gurudwara road, Karol Bagh.
