New Delhi, June 18 (ANI): Communication Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad stated that days of lobbying and favouritism were over, while pressing on country’s growth in mobile telephony and consumer welfare. Prasad emphasised on a transparent system for over all development of the country. Prasad said that government would ensure that spectrum sharing, trading and enlargement were all being carried out in a fully transparent manner for country’s growth in technology. Prasad added that the government is focused on stable fiscal regime.
