This is Delhi’s Narela area where during broad day light a group of miscreants tried to kidnap a businessman from outside his shop. In an attempt to kill Ramesh, goons ended up shooting a member of their own group who died on the spot. Delhi Police have cordoned off the area and have started the investigation.
