Protesting outside Delhi University’s gate, former president of Delhi University Teachers Association (DUTA), Aditya Narayan Mishra today demanded a debate on Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP). He said that the UGC and the HRD minister should not intimidate the university and let an open debate take the final decision.
