Bollywood filmmaker Imtiaz Ali who is known for his soulful movies like ‘Socha Na Tha’, ‘Jab We Met’, ‘Rockstar’ and ‘Highway’ was born on 16th June 1971 and celebrates his 43rd birthday today.
The filmmaker has a production house called Window Seat Films and the actor is currently busy with the pre-production of his upcoming movie ‘Tamasha’ starring actors Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in lead roles.
Imtiaz is known for his brilliant direction and for picking out stories which reach out to the wider audience and make a mark at the box-office. His movies have always been critically acclaimed as well as commercially successful.
