New Delhi/Chapra, June 25 (ANI): Former railway minister Mallikarjun Kharge accused the rail authorities and the central government of negligence in Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express derailment mishap in Bihar. Kharge, demanded strict action against officials for carelessness. Around 2.15 am, 12 coaches of Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express train derailed at Golden Gunj area near Chapra city of Bihar on Wednesday, which killed four and injured eight others.
