Football World Cup is slated to begin in Brazil late night on Thursday. But in the sports loving state of Goa, the festive spirit has dampened due to reports coming that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has reportedly approved Rs 89 Lakhs for World Cup trip to six of his MLAs in addition to sending officials from the Sports Ministry.
