Zinta’s lawyer Hitesh Jain, today while speaking to reporter made it very clear that there are no charges of sexual harassment or assault in the FIR filed against Ness Wadia. Few days back Preity filed a case against her ex – boyfriend Ness Wadia accusing him of molestation.
