On world blood donor’s day, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare Dr. Harsh Vardhan today urged people to donate blood regularly and save the life of others. He said this after lighting the lamp to inaugurate the ‘Blood Donation Drive’ at the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in the national capital.
