IOA Secretary General Rajeev Mehta today in a letter addressed to the Presidents and General Secretaries of all the National Sports Federations and State Olympic Associations asked them to express their views in writing if the country should bid for the 2019 Asian Games. Mehta stated paucity of time as the prime reason for association’s inability to call for the General Body Meeting.
