After senior journalist Chandan Mitra and Union minister Najma Heptullah, Madhya Pradesh BJP is all set to send a third outsider as Rajya Sabha MP from the state quota. Prakash Javadekar, a former member of the Rajya Sabha, could not return to the house in January this year when his term expired following the BJP’s decision to bring RPI leader Ramdas Athawale.
