A high-level delegation of leaders comprising a three-member team led by Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy have left for Himachal Pradesh to oversee the relief and rescue operations being carried out in Kullu where 24 students from an engineering college in Hyderabad are feared to have been washed away in the Beas river near Mandi in Himachal Pradesh.
