Central Bureau of Investigation today filed a case against Rajya Sabha MPs for cheating, forgery in the Leave ad Travel Concession (LTC) scam.
LTC SCAM: CBI FILES CASE AGAINST RAJYA SABHA MPs
In what could be seen as the first of its kind in the LTC scam, CBI today filed case against Rajya Sabha MPs. Three sitting and three former Rajya Sabha MPs have been booked under Sections 420 and 13 (1) D, they include TMC MP D Bandopadhyay, BSP’s Brijesh Pathak, MPF’s Lal Ming Liana. The former MPs are JPN Singh from BJP, BJD’s RenuBala and RLD’s Mehmood A Madni.

All of these MPs were found submitting fake tickets and boarding passes to get their full fare reimbursed.Â
