BJP Vice President Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today attacked the SP government in Uttar Pradesh over negligence in conducting competitive exams. Talking exclusively to nnis, Naqvi said it was gross carelessness on the part of UP government that the CPMT papers were leaked in Ghaziabad yesterday.
